International Delivery

We ship all over the world via our Global Site https://www.accessorize.com. When visiting our site please select your country flag before shopping for all product and shipping information specific to you.

 

All delivery time frames are based on working days, working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays. Deliveries may also be delayed due to any local Bank Holidays.

 

Tracking information is available by clicking on the tracking link in your despatch email.

 

Please be aware that the delivery timeframe below are estimated, we are unable to control any delays caused by custom reviews or poor weather conditions. As such, we do ask that you allow and additional 3 days before contacting our Customer Services team.

 

Please be aware that we do not offer delivery to a BFPO, mail forwarding, storage or PO address for example Address Pal, Aramex House or Parcel Motel.

 

Attempting to use such an address may cause your order to be rejected on our system and your bank to ring fence the value of the order for 10 days.

We aim to get all deliveries to our customers on time. However, on occasion country specific bank holidays, isolated economic activities beyond our control and delays at your local custom office can impact your order getting to you. 

 

At this time we're unable to confirm a specific delivery timeframe and we do recommend allowing at least 10 working days for your order to be delivered. You can also follow your order's journey via the tracking link on your despatch email or enter your order number and email address here to track your order.

Don't worry if you will not be available to sign for your parcel. We can confirm that the courier company will attempt delivery 3 times before returning to sender. If there is a safe place in which they can leave the parcel or a neighbour then the delivery driver may choose to leave the parcel there.

If you're not home when your order arrives, depending on your delivery option, our courier will leave this in a safe place or local collection point.

At this time we are unable to deliver to a PO or BFPO addresses.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to amend your delivery address. We can confirm, however, that delivery will be attempted 3 times at the address registered with your order. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to sender for a full refund.
